I will never ever use or refer to Summit Urology! Never will I send my worst enemy there! I had lithotripsy with Dr. Holyoak who informed me he would put in a stent that would be removed in one week it turns out because it was around Christmas I couldn’t get it out until after the new year was the soonest appointment. Doctor Robbins office has failed to responded to faxes and call from my insurance for a pre approval on a critical medication ! It's been over 3 weeks and still no luck I am paying out of my pocket almost 200 for a month worth of meds ! Staff is not doing it's job !!!!
Absolute Worst place to ever go! They WILL kick you when you are down. They WILL NOT work with you it making payments. The way they work is to try and make you pre pay for services and then when they send you a bill there is a MANDATORY $25 fee applied. Totally unethical and unacceptable. Will never be going to this clinic again and I recommend that you do the same.
I would like start by saying IF you go here READ the fine print on things you sign. I had a medical bill from September 2021 I was just served Feb. My medical went from owing $800 to $3000 They WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. They claim they sent me notification. BUT and big BUT it came in a blank envelope looking like spam mail. BE VERY CAREFUL. My daughter who was 18 at the time of her first and LAST appointment experiences severe anxiety and would have panic attacks. She finally took courage to see a psychiatrist. She made an appointment at 8 am with Dr, Michael Connolly. All night she was nervous about her appointment that she slept horribly and woke up late. She called the doctor and told him what happened and that she could come but she would be late HE SAID NO. Charged her $365 for a no show. She was unwilling to offer non-chemical treatments for acne. Her suggestions were acutane- which has many side affects, and steroids- again, extreme side effects. You can't convince me that there are seriously only 2 treatments, both of which have organ damage as a side effect.
Dr. James R. Grua is a terrible doctor! He walked in and asked, "What do you want me to do with her?", referring to my daughter who has Hashimoto's. He spent about 10-15 minutes with us and basically said she was fine and didn't have any suggestions of what to do to help her. We asked questions about some major health problems that 3 of her cousins have and wondered if that could be related in any way and he said he would refer us to the Genetic department at Primary Children's Hospital. Doctor Morita DOES NOT take the time to answer questions. My son has had 2 visits with her, totalling less than 10 minutes. I'm not being dramatic either. Both appointments were less than 5 minutes each. And it doesn't stop her greedy practice from charging over $1500 each time too. Our initial "consult" cost $1,580 and all she said was let's do an MRI to see what's causing your son's symptoms. No joke, that was the visit.
