Dr Guy is a doctor who listens, something rare these days. After listening to the discription of my pain her exam was thorough and she spotted areas where I didn't even know my pain was originating from. She ordered an X-ray and an MRI for a more specific look at my pain problem. Dr Guy prescribed pain medicine and she monitors opiate usage by requiring a urine sample at visits to keep her patients safe. Boise office. Told over the phone my appointment made was in Caldwell. I arrived an unpleasant admin told me I was at the wrong office. Speeding to Boise (now late) "oh we'll try to see you". Took 15 minutes of waiting, no problem. Office will drug test but you leave the sample in the bathroom where anyone can touch and see it. Safety pins on the floor in the bathroom and exam room! An exceptional physician!
I have attempted calling all of the different offices listed on the website. I see Dr guy for pain management. I was given SI injections almost a month ago and have more pain now than I did before. Can't get a hold of anyone. I have tried calling 6 different places today and cannot seem to find a way to contact my Dr to reschedule my appointment so now I'm going to be facing a few when I'm not in town! I'm extremely frustrated about being unable to contact anyone !
Dr Guy is a very caring doctor she listens and take care of what you are telling her. I couldnt ask for better pain doctor her staff is also great . Thank you Dr Guy Cyndie
