My fiancé and I went back to this studio for our wedding bands, and the experience was just lovely. Hannah was pleasant, patient, and helpful without pushing styles or upgrades. I appreciated that she let us try on a bunch of options, and it didn’t feel rushed. We can’t wait to see the finished products!
Had a custom band made to fit an unusually-shaped ring and were very happy with the customer service as well as the final product. The team was great about listening to what we wanted and incorporating that into the design.
We got a ring from here and the diamond fell off from its setting 1 month after wear, and now again, 3 months after they fixed it. The stones keep falling and it’s not like I do anything out of the ordinary when using the ring. The quality of the ring does not seem capable of withstanding everyday use.
