I highly recommend this store. I purchased our wedding bands from here in 2021 and they are of excellent quality. This year, I got a pair of custom pearl earrings and the posts were too thick. The customer service was excellent - above and beyond - to make the adjustments so that the earrings are more comfortable. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I highly recommend Rebekah Brooks! We went to multiple jewelry stores before we found Rebekah Brooks, and were blown away by their expertise and quality. Liz helped my fiance and I design my engagement ring and pick out our wedding bands. She made the entire experience stress free. Not only was Liz professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but she understood our vision and helped us design our perfect rings.

We ordered a ring that was supposed to be ready within 3-5 weeks. At the 5-week mark, I called the store, and they confirmed it would be ready for pickup on Valentine’s Day—just three days later. However, as I was on my way to pick it up yesterday, my wife called the store to confirm, and they told her the ring was still not ready. I called again today for an update, and now they’re saying it might be ready by the end of next week, making it a 7-week wait—though even that isn’t guaranteed.
