Had a custom band made to fit an unusually-shaped ring and were very happy with the customer service as well as the final product. The team was great about listening to what we wanted and incorporating that into the design.

We got a ring from here and the diamond fell off from its setting 1 month after wear, and now again, 3 months after they fixed it. The stones keep falling and it’s not like I do anything out of the ordinary when using the ring. The quality of the ring does not seem capable of withstanding everyday use.

I have been going to this store for years and have always had a wonderful experience! The customer service is excellent and the jewelry is beautiful and of exceptional quality. I will definitely be recommending this store to anyone visiting Harvard Square!!

I can't say enough about how great the team at Rebekah Brooks is. I got an engagement ring and two wedding bands there; Rebekah Brooks has gorgeous, creative designs and allows for a huge amount of customization. On top of that, their prices are fair and their customer service is AMAZING (shout out to April for going above and beyond!). What a great local business!
