I can't say enough about how great the team at Rebekah Brooks is. I got an engagement ring and two wedding bands there; Rebekah Brooks has gorgeous, creative designs and allows for a huge amount of customization. On top of that, their prices are fair and their customer service is AMAZING (shout out to April for going above and beyond!). What a great local business!
I have a gold bracelet that kept opening and you guys fixed it for less than half of what I was quoted at another jewelry store. It is perfect now. Thank you!
The quality of the item I purchased was very nice. Sadly, the person I worked with interacted with me in a confusing and condescending way and I was unable to communicate with her about the design that I wanted. This added a lot of stress to a big event and it took much of the joy out of what had been a really exciting project. I wish that I had been able to work with someone else. The owner was lovely as were several of the other staff I interacted briefly with.
