Just left Rebecca’s Wedding Boutique. I wasn’t even the bride and had such an AWFUL experience. The consultant working with our bride, Bianca, was extremely rude. She didn’t say one word the the bride while in the dressing room, was whipping the curtain open and closed, didn’t recommend a single dress. If friends and family felt uncomfortable, I can’t even imagine how the bride felt! I came here to get my wedding dress because I wanted a more private experience. Everyone was so wonderful to work with. My consultant was Faye and she was so sweet and helpful. I even came back during the sample sale just to look at headbands and was absolutely amazed by the customer service. Rebecca made sure I was able to compare the headbands to the dress I purchased and there was always someone there ready to help, even though I was only there for accessories and they were so busy with other brides. Rebecca’s was amazing, they were so helpful and nice. Their selection is the best that I have seen in a wedding boutique. I would definitely recommend any bride to find a dress there!!
Rebecca’s went above and beyond my expectations, they were very professional, easy to work with and even though I didn’t find a dress I wanted from their floor stock and I had questions about ordering a dress I liked from another store (after having a really bad experience at the other bridal store) Rebecca the store owner called me back promptly and answered all my questions. Thank you Rebecca’s I can’t wait to pick up my dress! ☺️

RecommendedRebecca’s Bridal is by far the BEST bridal boutique in Louisville. For bridal gowns no other boutique or large retailer can touch the service, styles or attention you get at Rebecca’s. You can also purchase the bridesmaids, groom and rest of wedding party attire. Rebecca and the staff are top notch!
