I worked as a yoga instructor and meditation guide for six weeks and Kenneth (the director) never paid me a dime. Now it's legal process from here. Pretty sad, it's happened with a lot of people that work there. I will get my money in court. People devote their time and energy to helping these lovely humans only to have to pursue their compensation through legal action. Not a very good example on how to deal in life.
Quite a toxic environment. The staff constantly talks poorly about each other and former clients. They cannot keep counselors there .In just 6 months, they've gone through at least 5. The house is DIRTY, and the room they have programming in is super dark and cold and has a very "institutional" feel. They also do not really focus on anything other than eating disorders, and the groups are usually late and unproductive.
