I like to share good experiences with good therapists when I have them (I know it can be hard starting out). I did not attend their DBT group very long only because it was virtual and if you need that setting I HIGHLY recommend her. When she found out I was looking for an in person experience she helped me find that without being asked or having any obligation to do so. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Rebecca Whitson is simply and unequivically the best that there is. I have had the privilege and honor of working with her for almost 16 years. To say that meeting her was a stroke of pure luck is the grandest understatement. She is incredibly well read. She’s always had/has several books in all of her offices.
