false advertising as their gyn is advertised as an OB as well but as soon as you ask about it they shut you down and hang up. They hung up on me twice before I could even finish speaking and asking my questions.
Dr. Walker is very kind caring , considerate and extremely easy to talk to. I can say her staff is also superior to anywhere I have been. They quickly check you in and process your information. Labs are painless and fast as well. I love dr walker I will not be going anywhere else….
I'm not not rating the doctor specifically because I never even got so see her. If I could, I would give the office staff negative stars. I Made my appointment, and waited two months only to find out they scheduled me in Louisville instead of Mt. Washington. I called to fix the issue & was told I'd have to wait another THREE months for an open appointment. Decided to make the drive to Louisville instead. Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. Nobody likes these appointments but she made it so comfortable and was also very good at explaining things.
