Horrible experience with Dr. Tung at her last practice. She was running well over an hour behind schedule. Most people walked out before their appointment. Once in the room, I felt extremely rushed and found it very difficult to ask questions. Experienced extremely painful needles to numb areas for biopsy. In 30 years of skin checks, never have I had areas removed before this appointment in which I had 3. Look elsewhere as she has no bedside manner.
Dr. Tung is an excellent and dedicated specialist. I grew up in the South Florida sun and severely damaged my skin. As such, I visit with Dr. Tung every 2 1/2 months in order to control skin cancer growth. I’m lucky to have Dr. Tung taking such high level care of me and highly recommend her expertise. Since my last review, Dr. Tung diagnosed 6 additional areas of concern of which 5 required MOHS surgery. Dr. Rebecca Tung and her team were amazing! She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. Her care was thorough and compassionate. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Dr. Tung addressed ALL of my needs, as well as my husbands. Her care and attention are top notch. She really takes her time to listen and address your concerns. I am so thankful for her attention to detail and how clear she is. Especially providing me with all of my options of care. She really cared about the small details and cosmetic results, which I appreciated more than you know.
My husband and I had an appointment with Dr. Tung 6 months ago. On the day of the appointment she canceled. At that time the receptionist rescheduled us. We now had to wait another 5 weeks to be seen. Our appointment was for today, at 8:05 we both received calls letting us know the appointments had to be rescheduled. We opted to look for a New Doctor, as Dr. Tung seems to be very sickly.
