I was in the hospital with MRSA 2017. Had a rough time for a week or so I forgot. I woke up one day, had hospital bed window facing the sun I remember I opened my eyes and thought I saw an angel in a white robe with long blonde hair I remember saying “oh Lord I made it”. She rushed to the bed and told me they thought they were losing me. I have loved Dr Shaffer ever since

Dr R. Shaffer is amazing! She listens and answers to all of your questions. Best doctor I have ever seen.
Dr. Shaffer is an excellent inf. dz. spec., and I've seen a few. She is attentive, available, smart, responsive, explains things, good personal manners, and follows up well. There is a lab on premises, but some of the facilities are outdated and not user friendly (bathroom). Some of the staff did not live up to expectations (they did not mail back my med. history papers as promised), and some of the patients in the waiting area were malodorous (though I'm not sure what could be done about that.)

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
