Few years ago had appointments at this clinic. Did the injections which did not work. At one time some staff was rude in the parking lot and when I called about it was met with it had to be me which I responded the way anyone would. At next appointment I apologized to the front girl even though I still felt I was not wrong in being upset but she was the one responsible so she got an apology. Doctor knew I apologized. Dr Sanders has been a God send for my father. He had a back injury from his time in the service causing lifelong back/ hip pain but he didnt let it slow him down or keep him from working. Adding on another back injury working under a vehicle 2 years ago only exacerbated it. A very healthy active guy who has worked hard his entire life was mostly chair bound due to the severe pain the injury caused. Had an appointment for a lower back injection they told me to call if it didn't work after 10 to 14 days I called back after 14 days and waited for almost 2 weeks longer and still no call back so I called apparently I was supposed to get 2 injection and was never told but did get informed that I couldn't handle the 2nd injection they said i did really good and never said anything about the 2nd one.Do these people even know what is going on?
Very disappointing experience, I waited 6 weeks for the appointment (no biggie, pretty common). Waitied 2 hours past my appointment time for the doctor to literally spend 4-5 minutes with me then only offer injections as a option. They received my PA 11/27 and still hadn't contacted me to schedule. Called yesterday, they are now booking into January. Patient care seems to be a low priority, more about overbooking appointments. Very frustrating as Dr. Sanders came highly recommended. I will be searching elsewhere.
