She is very nice and knowledgeable, very good bedside manner I recommend her to anyone.
I have been with Dr.Rugen 2012 and ive never had a problem with her. If I need to be seen rite away without appointment she would say just come on in but I will have to wait till patients with appointment be seen.If there's a problem with any of my tests Yvonne will call numerous of times until she talks directly with me... Dr.Rugen and all the staff members are EXCELLENT in that office.

I was a patient for many years. Always made a point to keep a consistent dr. Anytime I had a problem or a concern, the minute my blood showed nothing my problem was dropped. No trying to find out what was going on. Just dropped. I begged for help with my back and now it's too late to get my life back. The worst?
