Had a wonderful experience at Rebecca Optical. I wanted to commend Kuljit for her outstanding customer service. Kuljit was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. She's very patient in answering all my questions and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find such dedicated customer service these days. I highly recommend them! Excellent service!
I recently visited Rebecca Optical and had an amazing experience. My current progressives were not working well for me. Kuljit spent a decent amount of time with me for showing me the different frames, etc. The suggestions for the lenses were remarkable. I was impressed by her knowledge and patience. I went to Rebecca Optical and asked for specific frames and Kuljit was so kind and ordered for me the new frames and was so kind to answer all my questions regarding the frame size model and polarization of the lenses. The last two optometrists offices I visited for new predcription glasses ended in disappointment.
