I gave birth with Dr. Ochs-Mercer. She was very kind during my pregnancy visits. When my due date came, my husband and I couldn't believe how professional she and the nurses were. They made my labor experience unforgettable. If I have other baby she’s the one.

I have been trying to reach Rebecca for over three weeks to get a refill on my prescription. No response. Walgreens has tried to reach her three times. After a third failed attempt by Walgreens to contact her, they just told me they have never experienced this and actually suggested I get another physician, which I will do because honestly this is ridiculous. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience with this doctor, but I have never had it with any doctor so I am shocked.
This office charges fees to have medical records forwarded to new providers.
