The wait times are ridiculous. Had an appointment at 8:45 am and didnt get in till close to 11:30. I would not recommend any one waste their time going here, doctor Montes is average at best, nothing worth waiting for.
This was my first visit and Dr Montes was rough and rude. She did not ask me about my history. I went in with a problem where she ordered patient imaging studies and I have no confidence she will call me back with results. I will be going to another Dr who will request the results from Dr Montes so I can get the treatment I need. What if I need treatment now? This doctor is terrible!
I went to Rebecca Montes for 10 years and loved her. The front staff is like any other doctors office, usually rude. But her nurses are great and so is she! The wait time is long but it was worth it for me to have a doctor I trusted.
She is the best had both of my children with her and can say she the best i could off picked for the job.
My first visit with Dr. Montes wasn't a very good one. She seemed rushed and didn't really listen or care about my concernes. My second visit a year later wasn't any better. I had out patient imaging studies done and they were found to be abnormal. Since I already knew the results I waited a couple of weeks to see when the office would call to notify me. They called me 4 months later!! My overall experience with this physician, office and staff was not a good one.
I have been a long term patient of Dr. Montes and each year I tell myself I am choosing a different doctor. During this year's evaluation, I expressed to Dr. Montes that I was excited and planning to start a family (hoping to get advise). Dr. Montes looked at me with no emotion or concerned. I've also experience where she does not follow up with concerns. After an expensive bill with no answers...i decided to change doctors.
Wonderful doctor I always feel comfortable and prioritized. She is very busy at times but it's understandable. I would recommend her to any expecting mother, or women in need of personal care.
