To the owner: Your front office staff and billing practices are unprofessional, dismissive, and create unnecessary hardship for patients. My wife went through this, and now I am dealing with the same issue—being told last minute that my insurance isn’t accepted after you already charged me a co-pay the month before. I’ve been working with Rebecca for over two years and she has been an incredible provider. She is very friendly and is really easy to talk to. She is really thorough explaining how medications work and important side effects to watch out for.
