She is an amazing physician. She takes plenty of time to listen to your every need. If she doesn’t know the answer she will most definitely find it. We had her father before he retired. She may run behind, but that’s because she is listening and caring for her patience.
Dr. Marshall is an amazing care provider. She listens to, and supports her patients no matter the concern. She has been my families primary care provider since I was a little girl, and before that, her father was. She now sees my husband and my three little ones, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Dr Marshall takes the time necessary to hear and treat my medical issues. I feel that she and her staff genuinely care about me. She is knowledgeable and seems to be current on the latest medical news. I trust her and am glad to be her patient.

I was looking for a Closer PCP in Rossford, I found Dr. Marshall. She is very Nice and very understanding which is Very Important to me because, I am profoundly Deaf with Cochlear Implants. She understands me, I think when I first meet her I gave her some Attitude bad attitude, because it is so hard to start all over again with a New PCP and having to explain how I went Deaf all over again. She refused to order lab work, tests or a simple throat swab for a non-healing sore throat with a documented extremely painful 2 cm lymph node in my neck and THEN berated me for seeking medical treatment at urgent care upon the advice of my insurance company's ask a nurse hotline I called out of desperation for advice after 2-1/2 months of pain & suffering with fevers, vomiting & trouble swallowing, etc. THEN verbally expressed glee when I experienced a reaction to the antibiotic prescribed by the urgent care stating "that's... read more
Dr. Marshall's dad was my doctor since I was a child and then she took over when I got older. She makes sure that I get the right tests and answers even if it means running several tests. I love Dr. Marshall as an doctor and will continue to see her.
