Rebecca Mathis is very easy to talk to and explains everything throughly. She does a very complete exam and I feel lucky to have her as my dermatologist.
Becca gets 5 stars but the appointment experience gets ONE STAR. There are many choices when it comes to healthcare, dermatology included. My initial experience was enough for me to contact another practice. However, I know Becca through a mom’s group and was able to get a message to her about my experience. She immediately had her nurse call me who was able to fit me in same day. Patients, especially new patients, want to feel welcome the moment their call is answered. My appointment was excellent. The office was clean and welcoming, the front desk staff was courteous, and my provider was on schedule…which I really appreciate. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and made the whole visit feel easy and efficient. All around, a smooth and successful dermatology experience.
