This has got to be the worst customer service team at ANY pharmacy. I have used many Walgreens and always have a good experience, but NOT at this location. The counter worker would not answer any questions or provide a timeframe for pickup. The answer I got was “you will get a text”. I was picking up Rxs for my elderly parent so No, I would not be getting a text. She then said, she had no idea when the Rx would be ready and when I inquired, could she ask, she said no.
