My daughter and I visited Dr.Rebecca Lowen for the first time yesterday, we were so impressed with her. She was very nice , kind and friendly and also explained everything very well to patients like us. I am so glad I made an appointment with her for my daughter and I will continue to make appointments with her. She is the best pediatrician ever.

During the visit Dr Rebecca said you would be administering a vaccine to my daughter which we agreed on. After waiting over 30 mins in room 4 no one came, I went to the nurse desk to ask everyone was clueless and kind of avoiding us. I came out and asked and no one was able to give us an answer so we decided to leave. When checking out they wanted to charge us for the shot and we told them none of the nurses new about the shot and after the long wait we decided to leave.
