Was referred by my primary care, she was very dismissive and didnt listen to me at all, however she did order a CT scan. When the CT came back with enlarged hypertrophic adenoids and a polyp in my nose, she told me there was nothing to talk about and refused to address the issue. Horrible care, and ignored me repeatedly when i asked for help. Even the office didnt call me back after I asked for the manager, and I was told repeatedly I'd get a return call, no response. Rebecca Wiley is the most uncaring and dismissive dr I've ever heard of. She does not listen to the patients and just throws paper at them and says do this without any explanation or even a 2nd look. She is not there to help, especially with her being a specialist and sometimes people wait months to be seen just for her to turn them and burn them. She is despicable.
Almost three years ago, Dr. Wiley discovered a tumor, immediately did a biopsy and confirmed cancer cells. Although lymph glands were already involved, I was able to initiate appropriate treatment and eradicate all active cancer cells. In addition to regular oncology checkups and lab work, Dr. Rebecca Wiley continues to visually monitor my head/neck area and treat residual damage.
