No one ever picks up the phone when you call. One time I called five times within an hour and just got the automated operator. But this happens everytime I call. When I asked the receptionist if there was a direct number or extension in case of an emergency they said they don't have one. How is this possible??? Then when I went to call my insurance in the waiting room I overheard the receptionists gossiping and bad mouthing someone possibly another patient using explicit language. Very unprofessional.
