Love the doctor but the receptionists are pretty awful at their job. They've lost some of my paperwork before, and every time I call out there I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I just waited on hold for an hour and a half. Nobody ever answered.

Hands down one of the best primary care doctors I’ve ever had. She’s quick to respond to messages, listens to me when I need adjustment to medication, and is all around a great doctor. Highly recommend her.
This is a big shame to have to do this. However Rebecca and the service New River Valley Services that shes with. They have discharged me. I just wanted my meds that was it! It had been a week! I was nice at first! That was 3 days ago and I got called and discharged and NO MEDS. So r this it's a fail however Rebecca has a great bed side manner and if she moved on not associated with what she is associated with. I would return as a patient. Thank you for whatever that was.
Great doctor. Recommend to anyone looking for family doctor.
