I went to this salon today hoping for a nice “spa like” experience but ended up leaving unsatisfied. The booking site is not user friendly, it would not allow me to add more than one service. After my color and wash I was told I could not get my hair trimmed or blow dried due to them closing within the hour, I was told if I wanted to leave with blow dried hair I could “do it myself” and I was offered a towel.
