Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
