This is physician is not of God! Dr. Rebecca James is extremely rude, very disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way she became combative with me in the lobby as if she was on assignment to try to humiliate a person in front of other patients is just astounding! Her current staff receptionist lied on me. Furthermore, the way their office had the sheer audacity to charge an elderly woman on a cane $80 for a no show is just disgusting! I would not recommend going to the doctor at all!
Dr James gave me the best surgery and after surgery experience I’ve had to date. She repaired a similiar previous surgery I had and the after care is 1000 times better. I’ve always felt poorly after surgery and would have to stay overnight for a same day surgery. This time I felt ok enough to go home the same day. The healing feels better and more secure as well. I’m glad I was able to have her as my surgeon.
I’m very grateful and happy to have had my recent surgery performed by Dr. Rebecca James. She is an outstanding doctor very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She treated me with kindness and respect explaining everything clearly which gave me confidence to put my health in her hands. I greatly appreciate her expertise and commitment to her profession and patients. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of medical care. I’m so thankful that I was able to get seen by Dr. Rebecca James. She not only looks fabulous, she paid attention to me and figured out pretty quickly what’s been going on. I’m excited that I have found a Dr. that has a plan instead of guessing! Kudos to Michelle aka precious! She is a rock star! Just make an appointment because it’s hard to find a Dr. who has this knowledge and emotional intelligence.
I'm giving 5 stars because I am not going to hold it against them. I have heard amazing things about Dr. James from both on my NPs, so I am looking forward to my upcoming appointment. My biggest concern right now, I have called and left 3 messages over 2 days for the receptionist to return my call or please to reactivate my portal. I would like to fill out my paperwork prior to my upcoming appt. Thank you kindly!
