She is great!!
Dr. Jacobson was nonchalant about the issue I was concerned with (said it was "normal for someone your age"). Didn't verbalize a treatment (but did put it in the after-visit summary). She barely asked me any questions and then wanted me to get an expensive ultrasound because of a "maybe" when she could have started the investigation by getting a more thorough recent history and ordering an inexpensive blood test.
