In 2022, I saw Rebecca at the Clinic due to having some ear problems. (She is one smart cookie.) She discovered I had an ear infection which, some people thought I was crazy. Not her though....she listened and then examined my ears!! She then scripted some meds and I was on my way. Thank you for caring.
Very helpful and polite
It was not a good experience. I arrived at 1830 and from the get go, the staff was in a hurry to get me out of there because they close at 1700. The next morning I arrive at the pharmacy to pick up an antibiotic, but the provider ordered an antibiotic that was not compatible with other meds I am taking. So because the staff was in such a hurry to get me out of there, they did not do their job correctly and now the PATIENT is the one that suffers because of their incompetence.
