Dr. Hawkins helped me more than she probably realizes. She does not sugarcoat anything, and that can be uncomfortable at times—but it is also exactly why she is effective. She tells the truth and expects you to take responsibility for your own growth. This person sort of tries but her heart is not in it. She gave me hand outs about chronic pain tools. When they clearly didn't work, she would get frustrated with me. Don't bother with this one.
