I worked with Rebecca for many years (exclusive to virtual appointments). She's really good at explaining how medications work and will help logically approach challenges, but it is near impossible to contact her outside of appointments. I really loved her, but I just need people to know that it can be extremely disappointing trying to reach out and not hear back on time, especially with medication refill delays. Rebecca and her staff are true life changers. They are all compassionate and caring. They jump through hoops to work with the worst insurance companies to get care covered. Completely knowledgeable in all medications and are able do discuss all the pros and cons of all possibilities and answer your questions.
They do not answer the phone. worst company ever!
