Avoid this company and their agent Rebecca Goss. I was a tenant renting a house managed by this agent. After move-out, they charged me for “cleaning” based on a receipt that literally lists normal turnover tasks: vacuuming, mopping, wiping cabinets and appliances. That is a landlord’s cost of doing business. They took the move-out photos themselves. This company manages the landlord’s property and treats tenants badly. The house was not clean when we moved in. There was dust everywhere, dirty vents and baseboards, bugs inside, and the yard was full of leaves and trash. We cleaned all of it ourselves and didn’t complain. When we moved out, they turned around and charged us $340 for cleaning and tried to bill us for paint damage that was already there. The place was left clean. Mrs. Goss took on a tricky situation with one of my properties and has been a huge help throughout the process. While I’m still stressed, having her on the ground to help out while i am at another duty station has helped me sleep better at night! If I could do it again, I would have signed up with her to begin with!
