Rebecca is amazing! She recently helped with the purchase of my new home and the sale of my condo. After going under contract on the new home, we listed my condo the next day. With Rebecca's market expertise we listed at a reasonable and competitive price and managed to go under contract in only 7 days! She was an excellent negotiator on both contracts and made sure I understood what was happening at every stage of the process. I cannot recommend Rebecca enough.
We hired Rebecca and Chris to help us sell our grandmas house after she passed away. It was a little tough for everyone so she made sure to take extra good care of us. Rebecca is an amazing real estate agent. She helped me find a better place than I found on my own and I should’ve got ahold of her sooner in the process. No matter what twisted turn the shady sellers threw at us, she handled it perfectly with poise and experience. I would highly recommend her! Not only was she very good but nice and respectful as well throughout the whole process but aLeo with including a great house warming bundle to get settled in my new house!
Rebecca went above and beyond for us! We were moving from across the country and had to do everything remotely. She immediately put us at ease about a long-distance buying process and made sure to be our eyes and ears during every house walk through and through offer negotiations. There wasn't ever a time where we didn't know what was going on or what our next steps needed to be because she was on top of everything! We recommend her to anyone needing a smooth, anxiety free buying process.
