I did ART therapy recently with Rebecca and let me tell you how amazing it was. She was so kind and patient with me. We got early what I needed to get done accomplished and I also learned some tips from her for some things I can do to later help myself again. 10000/10 would recommend to literally anyone interested in the therapy! Thank you again!!
Rebecca is a gifted therapist. I met with her to do an ART session for the profound trauma surrounding my son's passing. She was very warm and caring and I felt very comfortable relaying the story to her. In one ART session we worked through a lot of trauma memories and I left feeling much lighter about the hardest of memories. I highly recommend Rebecca and would definitely do another session with her as needed.
