Very unsatisfied. Miranda was very rude and Very unprofessional towards my wife.
I was very very unhappy with the care of my niece. Poor baby has a rash all over her body. She refused to listen to the questions we had and would not give us any kind of referral to see a dermatologist or run any other tests. Sent us home with some medicine and some cream that seemed to make the rash worse.
