I was a bit nervous as I’ve never been to an eye doctor before bc my eyes have always been healthy but when something felt off I booked an appointment and was able to get in the next day. The staff was very helpful and friendly and put all my worries to ease. They talked me through everything and answered all my questions. 10/10 will come back in the future!
I had a very positive experience at Doctors of Optometry - King Of Prussia Plaza, and I found the overall service to be quite satisfactory, from the initial greeting to the completion of my eye exam.
Such friendly staff, specifically Melissa, and Dr Kozak is very thorough and personable. I keep going back.
Great service. Doctor was very detailed and informative and Angel was great on the service end.
