I always look forward to our visits, because of her sincere warmth and honest caring about how I am doing - and how to continue staying well. Dr. Barrington has been excellent in providing required care. She is highly educated and knowledgeable. She is very professional, personable and a pleasure to have as my doctor. She knows how to communicate with her patients and receives their trust in her and her abilities.
Very knowledgeable and gives impression that you are getting best treatment you can. Surgery will be in Houston. Chemotherapy will be at home in Kerrville. Big bonus.
There aren’t enough words to show my appreciation for the way this woman made me feel heard and seen. After the experiences I had in 2020 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was left feeling like I was a statistic not an individual. Very Caring. Easy to speak with and she explains everything so well.
My last visit was disappointing. She reported things being resolved, hot flashes and night sweats, which we did not discuss and are not resolved. She seemed distant and unconcerned that I continue to have all the side effects of the harmon therapy plus new issues. I continue to lose weight and am making every effort to follow the diet recommended by the dietician.
Dr. Barrington and her staff have been providing me treatment since 2011. Everyone there is professional, friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Barrington addressed all of my concerns.
Dr Barrington took time to explain my situation to me and my husband. She explained what was going on in my body and my best path for recovery. She answered our questions. I was able to ask questions through the Navigating Care app on my phone. All my questions were answered within 24 hours. I would highly recommend her to any person going through breast cancer.
Dr. Barrington is so good about putting you at ease.
