They are amazing co workers that do there job and know how to always help solve an issue with my sons glasses and they know how to make the there patients comfortable and they definitely know how to make people laugh and cheer them up especially smaller children when they don't want to be here like 2 of my boys didn't even want to go in the the back on day because they were scared so shortly after the nice lady talked to them they were okay with going and getting their eyes checked now my kids love going there. Was a new patient and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Dobbins was very informative and let me know of changes to my eyesight.
My wife had an appointment to pick up contacts. When she went in for an appointment, they checked her in and took her to the back to wait for the doctor, all for the doctor to tell her her contacts were not in yet.
