She took our school band pictures. Supposedly they are amazing. I wouldn't know since I have yet to see them. Pictures taken in July 2018, ordered before school ever started in August 2018, here I am April 2019 and I don't 1 picture from either of my 2 children. How long does it take to print pictures? Surely a professional wouldn't take on a job they couldn't complete? She has even stopped returning emails! Definitely will never ever order any pictures she ever takes again.

She took our band pictures in July 2018 and we were supposed to pick them up today, May 6, 2019, at 6:30. She arrived 20 minutes late without half of the pictures. She didn’t have any packages that anyone ordered and gave me a picture that I hadn’t ordered. Yes, the picture looks great, but it took nearly a year to receive a different picture from what I ordered.

Paid for band photos back in July of 2018. Just got 1 photo now in May of 2019, not the whole package. And the one photo I did get looked like it was printed from a low cost ink jet printer. It was all streaky and pixilated. When confronted she didn't have answers. Then said she would be meeting back up with parents on Wednesday to refund money or give pictures. No clear answer as to which. Then get a notice that it is being changed to Thursday. Not very professional.

It has taken over 2 months to receive our photos and we keep getting the run around about when they will be done. She takes on jobs that are way to big for a single person knowing she works alone and then makes up excuse after excuse for reasons of them not being finished. I'm not the only person that has had this issue but she won't let bad reviews be left on her facebook.
