Dr Collins is amazing!
I have been searching for a gyno for a year now after being dismissed by past doctors for a few years. I was shocked by the questions she asked and the time she spent to help me and genuine care shown. Within my first visit she made a proactive plan to help me, I spent years trying to receive proper test and diagnosis/treatment plan, very thankful to have found her!
You might want to remind yourself that the Dr.s work for the patients. Your staff works for the patients. The way a Dr. treats people is one of the main reasons a patient will stay with a Dr. for a long time. Respect is a two way street, but it begins with the patient, or customer. Remember that. The way my family member was treated by your nurse and then you is NOT acceptable. Perhaps you should go back to grade school and learn basic manners.
I had Dr. Collins for my first pregnancy. She explained everything along the way. Took time to answer my questions and make sure I was well informed. Pregnancy is easier with an OB that's willing to listen and inform. Very much would reccomend.
