Went to see Rebecca for my mother's appointment. They had her file for a long time already, since the other doctors and oncologists were connected. Rebecca was well dressed and polite, it was obvious however, that she, nor anyone there had reviewed my mother's notes. Rebecca was so overly polite that it came across as condescending; she spoke to us like we were 5 years old. She was giving thumbs up as she read the notes; this is where the main issue is. Was great and very friendly, but hesitant to prescribe opioid. Not everyone is addicted to medications and if she had read my chart and history she would have seen that the last time I was prescribed any sort of pain medications was in 2017.
