The online booking experience is such a miss. 2 years in a row I booked online only to come in. My appointments are canceled. No notifications, no calls. This time was called just to verify it's okay to meet somebody else and it was. They advised me I shouldn't eat a certain time because it's a late afternoon visit. I was starving all day just to arrive and my appointment was canceled. The doctor is great but the staff and the system is definitely lacking.
As a patient of Dr. Burchfiel for a couple of years, out of nowhere I received a notice to schedule an appointment. I can only assume it was sent in error as I have switched to a new provider who I must say is incredible! In regards to Dr. Burchfiel my experience was very much lackluster in terms of both bedside manner and quality/concern of care. Very. Good. Dr. & nurse assistant DR. BURCHFIEL IS THE. GREATEST
All I can say is wow. We have BCBS PPO, best they have for insurance, and they don’t take it. They are negotiating their contract with them. Need to fire someone for dropping the ball on that, as that process should have been started a year ago, as many possible patients and clients will be lost. What an incredible disappointment.
