Spoke with her a week before I needed help. Place is for sale so needed to be cleaned. All set up, date, time, location, fee. Since then texted twice and called 3 times & left messages. No response to any of my attempts. No show. Fortunately my daughter's cleaning person was scheduled today & they took care of me instead!
