I asked rebaz for a fade and it looked so good I basically had a glow up
I booked an appointment online a week in advance for the second cut of the day, when I arrived early the technician said she was behind and I said how I am the second cut today and first cut is in the chair So she took a walk in cut customer before me and wanted me to wait. BS. I booked a week ahead to make sure I got the time that I wanted. Never again. Why book an appointment when they just do what they want. Not Good Customer Service!!!!!!
