I would honestly give 1 stars for the fact their chosen realtor Navin only cared about a payout and not me as a potential tenant. He was super dismissive and disrespectful. He poorly represented the propety and Rebate Rentals, and took away any and all value the property had to offer. Asides from that, everything else was great and smooth from the application process to getting everything set before move in. I am happy another realtor was able to help me.
