I've seen several different physicians at ReBalance for two separate issues-- one being orthopaedics-related and the other sports medicine-related-- and they were largely unhelpful. Both of my issues are fairly complex, but orthopaedics and sports medicine are supposed to the be specialties of this clinic. In the future I'll ask for a referral somewhere else.

Perhaps the single greatest Dr. I’ve ever been in contact with. Professional, pragmatic, and patient. Took the time to explain things without rushing through the details. Most importantly he is a very skilled surgeon who was able to perform the anterior method hip replacement shortening my recovery time and eliminating the need to cut any muscles. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Zarzour and the team at Rebalance and all the staff at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Thanks a million Dr. Zarzour!
Dr. Potiuk was incredibly dismissive, rude, and extremely unhelpful. My family doctor sent me a referral for an MRI here and he refused to give me one, told me I was just weak, and sent me home with the same exercises I’ve already tried. I wouldn’t consider myself to have weak legs as I regularly exercise (weight train, run, climb, hike) so I am confused. I left in tears from being so frustrated with this experience. Will not be going back.
I am extremely pleased with Rebalance and Dr James Stone. I recently received a TKR from Dr Stone and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and patient care. With Rebalance having everything at one location makes the procedure very easy to navigate. I would very highly recommend Rebalance and Dr Stone.
