Dr Sonja Mathes is a horrible doctor. Awful communication, very rude. I waited 22 months to get in to see her. She saw me for maybe three minutes and promptly told me to quit my competitive powerlifting that I've been doing for years as it will no longer be in my future. She was very quick to destroy my future dreams without any consideration of my feelings, and I've soon come to find out she was absolutely wrong in her medical advice anyways! The people are great I have gone through Achilles tendon surgery which has gone well so far .I know they are extremely busy over there .However the major problem is the phone system it's apparently a new operating system when I called it hung up on me multiple times when on hold . And the call back time was over 2 hrs , which means they need a few more people on the phone directing calls and taking calls. The human equation beats an automated answering system everytime .
My mother took seriously ill in the US in 2014 from ER to surgery she had a TEAM of drs. I had never experienced such excellent patient care, which made her and I calm and confident throughout as serious and emergency surgical situation. The Rebalance team of reception, drs., navigators, rehabilitation services and the on site radiology staff delivers the same quality, consistency and professionalism. Before I went to the clinic, I had been experiencing terrible pain in my right knee for months, if not years. After finally getting a referral to the clinic and receiving a cortisone injection, I was amazed at the difference it made. I felt so much better afterwards! The staff were absolutely amazing, and the doctor I saw was wonderful as well. I’m very grateful for the care and treatment I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends. :::
