Very efficient, professional, great overall service and experience with staff (booking, check in). Doctor was helpful and attentive and made sure I understood, and had a good follow up plan.
Had a shoulder a few years ago with no problems so now I'm back for the knees. These guys are so good I have no qualms! They are top notch. If you are lucky enough to be accepted rest easy.

After waiting months for this appointment, DR. BURNETT entered the cubicle. Never looked at me. No names exchanged. Barked his leg movement orders to me. Told me my situation wasn't "that" bad....maybe some physio. Out he swooped. Under 4 minutes. I was dumb founded. Left in tears. Never asked me if I had any questions...nothing. zero bedside manner. Dr Dryden has been a life saver, not only was he extremely compassionate and respectful he knew exactly what to do and made sure everything was done properly. Didn’t rush any of our visits, and made me feel heard for once. Michelle has also been so pleasant to talk to while coordinating everything, very helpful staff. I’ll forever be appreciative and grateful for everyone apart of the surgery, beyond impressed Thankyou all again❤️
