First I would like to say if there was an option for 0 stars I would have clicked it . I want to say first there were some amazing nursing staff such as Tashia, Jenni and Laura that I am grateful for along with the Nurse Mgr Lou for hearing our concerns. We also had some great patient care techs and amazing therapists and aides too.{ Nick & Monice}. Experience we had was awful for my father. I was very fortunate to be able to stay for a week. They were very helpful in getting me trained to function with a walker and wheelchair do to an amputation. The staff and administration went above and beyond to help me. Thank you..
Physical Therapy is great here. Nurses are also good but there’s a couple bad apples in the bunch but my dad can be super needy at times so maybe it’s just him. Food is awful according to my dad but they still feed three meals a day. Just gotta accept it’s not gonna be what you get at home. Physical Therapy however is what they do and they do it well.
The physical therapist are good. The staff not so much. A few good nurses and aides. The rest of the staff should be replaced. Very incompetent. Would not recommend using this facility if you want quality care.
