I totally agree that Leah is a pain in the neck. I tried to give my timeshare back as a Quick Deed sale and Leah still would not help me. My timeshare is paid in full. I only have to pay Maintenance fees every odd years, but Leah is just not helpful at all. I work as a customer service representative and I have bump heads with her several times. I do understand that your job is to sell vacations, but it should also be to satisfy your customers as well with excellent customer service skills. I do wish that I knew more on this... read more

Poor excuse for customer service. Leah has the personality of a fruit fly. She is beyond rude and is not willing to go above her regular job duties to help you out. I love the resort that we purchased at but if I had known that Leah was going to be the person I had to deal with, I would have never bought it. STAY AWAY. You get better service from the people working at McDonalds. She does not explain anything to you and God forbid if you have to ask her a question. She talks down to you and is very put out if you need anythin... read more
