my wife was told by their technician that we had a bad evaporator and it would be $2300.00, and a new unit was $3500.00. They tried to sell us a new unit. I have had new 5 ton compressors replaced in in the building I manage for a few hundred dollars more. I find it hard to believe this company was not trying to take advantage of my wife when I wasn't present. Head my Warning and get another quote before taking this company for their word.
I wuold use Arthur Air for future projects. This was a good experience.
Technician was friendly and on time. He made several suggestions to make my AC more efficient and removed the useless humistat on my living room wall. I would definitely use this company agai.
