I was disappointed that the appraiser hadn't seemed to thoroughly read the property description for parcel size. When asked to revise it to the correct description, no comps were updated and instead a 10,000 sq ft parcel was compared to 6000 sq ft parcels.
As an appraiser myself of over 20 years I would use Kyle Reavis for an appraisal in Spokane as he knows the Spokane area.
I lucked out. I didn't know anyone one in the Spokane area. Fortunately a friend of mine knew Kyle. Thanks for the referral RJ.
