I’ve been living here for a couple years now. I love it here! Maintenance is always here within a day or two when I need something. Bug guy comes often for preventative maintenance but we have Never had a bug problem here. AC works, water gets hot fast, what more does one need? I like this apartment better than my old house- just wish we had a little community garden and/or playground.

The complex seems very quiet. Always have different events for residents to attend and mingle. Prompt with questions and concerns. Grounds are well taken care of.

I lived here a year now and have loved every minute of it the staff is so helpful and friendly I'm a senior citizen and I feel very safe here and I love being on the first floor of a two-bedroom apartment

We were looking to move here, my best friend lives here to told us about the pool being closed 99.9% of the time and the loud neighbors next door and when my friend told them they did absolutely nothing and or no emails back from them. The hallways outside are disgusting full of spiders and nest. We decided to move somewhere else somewhere that our rent is actually usable and we can enjoy the pool every day.

I have only lived here for five months but have loved every minute of it. Reata West seems, to me, to be a community rather than just an apartment complex.
