The facility is very well kept. The grounds are maintained well. The grounds have a beautiful dog run and the pool is awesome. Dealing with management is always a pleasant experience. They deal with any issues promptly and professionally. They also have events at the facility for kids ie movie night on an outside screen with food trucks. Such a fun event. I highly recommend this facility for a great living experience.
CURRENT RESIDENT EDIT/UPDATE June 18]: I see management’s generic public reply asking me to "reach out directly." Let the public record reflect that I HAVE reached out directly via exhaustive, time-stamped emails to local management and corporate regional directors on May 21, May 27, June 2, and June 16. I’ve lived at Reata West for several months and have had a great experience. The property is quiet, well-kept, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. One thing I’ve appreciated most is how safe and welcoming the community feels compared to other apartments I’ve toured in the area. Beautiful and spacious apartments. Additionally the property management is amazing! Always willing to help and take care of things fast. Highly recommend.
Reata West is one of the most beautiful and most accommodating apartments in the area. The staff is very helpful and very communicative. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!
