We have only lived here for a few months and we live at the top floor, we walk on our tip toes to be quiet but the lady underneath us is constantly banging on her ceiling. Even if it’s not quiet time. Me and my husband are barely home because we work all day and we have the most miserable time because of her. Good thing we don’t have children🙄🙄🙄
I lived here quite a while. Moved to my sons four 5 months and moved back here. Property is kept up. Facilities are clean. Staff is so professional and so helpful. I am 87 and feel perfectly safe here. Co.e see for yourself. You won't look any place else. You get your money's worth living here
Jennifer has been absolutely fantastic! She is extremely friendly and speedily responsive in answering any questions or concerns. She is diligent in resolving maintenance requests fairly and efficiently. I am unsure of her position in the office; however she exudes excellent leadership skills and knowledge of apartment management. Thank you Jennifer for the helpful assistance you offer to residents at Reata West.
I live there now. A friend moved out after 2 years I helped her clean and it was great. They are trying to say she owes for new carpet. It was not new when she moved in. They are trying to get her to pay for something she doesn't owe. Saying her dog damaged the carpet. She ended not ever having a dog live there. A corrupt bunch of liars! I can't wait to move out.
Lived here almost 2yrs complaint free. But since one of their maintenance guys been in the apt above its been hell. I've complained several times yet no action has been made. I work overnights so sleeping all day is a must. I'm a driver so if I fall asleep driving it can very well be fatal. The apts itself is nice, the parking is horrible. I just can't continue to live like this no matter what time it is I can't enjoy where I live without a constant ruckus.
