Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter’s birthday. Ask for it to be ready by 9:00AM. Got there at 9 and it had not been decorated yet. She was fast to decorate it but I asked for the colors to be Turquoise, Purple and Yellow. When I got it the colors were dark Teal, Purple and Yellow but I didn’t have time to have it fixed. Took it to my daughter and she discovered the cookie was decorated bottom side up. Not angry or upset but disappointed. There needs to be more training.
